A meditative, slow-paced practice, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility and flexibility. In Yin yoga the focus is transferred on surrendering and relaxing in the poses, while holding them for a longer period of time, 3-10 minutes. As a result the energy is restored and the nervous system is calmed.
The “mental floss” of meditation in a variety of themes steadies the mind, reduces stress/anxiety, and promotes clarity, relaxation, and the ability to be more present for our life and loves.
