Qigong (meaning “energy work”) is a name for a wide variety of exercises originating in ancient China. Its purpose is to develop the mind and body as one. The practice aims to increase energy (qi) and therefore vitality, general health, strength and the immune system.
Integrating numerous physical postures and breathing, qigong is a system suited to any age and ability.

For this practice you don’t need a yoga mat.
