This specialized yin/yang class is a blend of vinyasa flow and yin yoga that targets the myofascia of the body. It begins with a dynamic all levels asana practice emphasis on increasing mobility in the fascia through pulsations and circular movements. Class concluded with a long cool down of poses designed to open up the body physically and energetically. The yin postures postures are held slightly less than a traditional yin class, making the yin-yang class a well rounded experience for yogis of all levels.
