The classical mat series as designed by Joseph Pilates with a modern twist! A Pilates practice that is followed with consistency improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
Emphasis is put on alignment, breathing -in an attempt to properly coordinate it with movement-, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
It is considered to be the perfect combination to all yoga classes. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced level. The the exercises are intended to flow within and into each other in order to build strength and stamina. Not suitable during pregnancy.
Temperature will be between 32-35.
