Woohoo! You are about to decide if you take the next step in your yoga practice, by deepening the knowledge or even to become an inspiring teacher. This makes us very happy, because this means you are eager to spread the beautiful gift of yoga to others and make more people smile.

Led and supported by a team of Senior Teachers, our 200-hour yoga teacher training is one of the most unique and comprehensive courses available. A training you will remember for the rest of your life.

To accomplish this, we have designed two special modules.

answer the call to adventure

Our first module is designed for passionate yogi's who want to deepen their practice. In this unique blend of Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga you will be invited to find what yoga is to you. Personal development is the main goal in this first module. We will explore yoga philosophy, (advanced) asana practice, Sanskrit, anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and much more. Not only will this module prepare you to enroll in Module 2, it will be life changing journey within.

become an inspiring teacher

In module 2 you will learn how to implement, apply and embody the knowledge acquired in Module 1. You will start developing a skill set to teach - teaching to your fellow students, as well as ‘real life’ in studio classes. You will learn the various elements that make a good teacher. From sequencing, adjustments, finding your authentic voice and even the business of yoga. Gain the understanding and tools to take you from a 200h YA certified teacher, to a great and even inspirational teacher.

What I really liked about the TT is that we got to learn from different experienced teacher, each one of them sharing their own experience and knowledge. And all of them guided us with the same openness and kindness I know from Balanzs.

The TT provided me the opportunity to really discover myself as a (yoga)teacher. That was also what the teachers encouraged us to do. We were given lots of tools but mostly honest feedback on our own journey, the struggles that come along with it and of course also the beautiful parts of it.

Our teacher training combines the best of both worlds. You will learn about yoga, philosophy, vinyasa yoga, and explore TCM and Yin Yoga.

anatomy

To compliment all the yoga knowledge, our training is strongly rooted in western & eastern anatomy. We will dive into fascia, joints, movement planes etc.

Authentic self-expression both as a person and as a teacher are key elements. You will develop your own unique teaching style.
