The barre balanzs you know and love meets mobility and flexibility! In this upbeat and musically-guided class, will focus more on stabilizing and toning – literally lengthening and strengthing as you go!

The class will use a combination of ballet- and yoga-inspired exercises both on and off the barre will emphasize the goal of increasing our range of motion, strengthening the ore, and developing micromuscle stability.
