Our Hot Yoga class is inspired by The Barkan Method. The class starts with a set sequence of postures with specific alignment and timing to optimise the benefits of practicing yoga in a heated environment.

The classical mat series as designed by Joseph Pilates, but then with a modern twist!. The Pilates mat classes are the ideal addition to your yoga classes.



Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to support your body, mind, and well-being during pregnancy. In this active prenatal yoga class we work with postures to improve balance and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, and ease into the changes that are taking place.



In our Re-balanzs class we rediscover the asanas. You practice on your own level and if you have an injury we look together for alternatives. Mentally, physically and emotionally your practice stays challenging within your own limits.

The tempo in a Rocket Yoga class is a bit higher compared to other yoga classes and the movements have a focus on gaining muscle power. Rocket yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where you follow the rhythm of your breath.

This class combines the effects of yin yoga and yoga nidra for a deeply relaxing experience, perfect before a great night sleep. he session begins with yin yoga, which is a slow paced, passive form of yoga in which we hold stretches for a longer period of time than in more dynamic classes.

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. An energizing, strengthening and bouncy yoga practice on uptempo beats. This class mixes different training styles into one workout. Think of your gym routine and a touch of cardio training, all mixed into basic yoga moves.
