workshop 13/12: yin yoga sound bath

Want to fully relax? Embrace your body and mind with the softness of winter yin yoga. Join Tamara & Asameé in this beautiful session where the yin practice will be accompanied by the Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments whose sounds will guide your body into deeper relaxation.

The vibrations of the bowls add an extra dimension to the practice helping your body to release and remove stress and blockages. The yin practice will focus on nurturing and supporting the water element, specifically kidneys and bladder-very good if you feel tired and suffer from winter blues.

Get ready to warm up your body, nurture your soul, release stress and sleep better after! What to bring; mat, blanket, warm cloths and socks.
