workshop 12/09: breaking the habit

Want to break the smoking habit? In this informative and motivational workshop Tim will lead you through interactive storytelling, visualizations and a yin practice. The workshop consists of two parts; theory where you will learn about the reasons how and why you developed the smoking habit, about the different stages you get through and how we are able to get rid of it. Afterwards we will move through a guided yin practice that embodies the method. After this workshop you have enough knowledge, motivation and patience to implement the method in your own life. PS: No smoking breaks included ;-)
