I came into contact with Yoga during one of the toughest periods of my life, recovering from a burn-out and a long term depression. The first time I practiced Yoga I felt a sense of rest and peace inside that I had not experienced in years. Through Yoga I came to appreciate the power of discipline and consistent practice, and started to discover the important connection between our bodies and minds. Yoga helped me to learn to love myself, and to discover and accept myself for who I am. During my development as a Yoga practitioner my desire to teach Yoga to others started to grow. I wanted to guide others to discover the same life changing effects that this practice can give you. This dream has now become a reality!
In my lessons I like to challenge people, but also to encourage people to develop self acceptance and to embrace who you are and where you are at in your journey. We often let ourselves be led by our fears and negative thoughts and as such become our own worst enemies. I want to surprise people by showing them what you can achieve just by changing your mindset! It’s an honor for me to be able to guide people and support them on their path.
