This class begins with a Yang practice (a Vinyasa Flow) to invigorate and strengthen the body and finishes with slow, deep long stretching (Yin postures). Temperature will be between 25-27 degrees so your muscles will be soft & relaxed. This will help to stay in the poses a little longer.
