
warm yin/yang yoga
The perfect balance of strength and flexibility to instill a sense of energy and peace. This class begins with a Yang practice (a Vinyasa Flow) to invigorate and strengthen the body and finishes with slow, deep long stretching (Yin postures). Temperature will be between 30-32 degrees, so your muscles will be soft & relaxed which makes it easier to hold yin poses a little bit longer.
