Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to support the body, mind and well-being during pregnancy. In our unique prenatal yoga class we practice through poses that go beyond modifying a regular yoga practice. Posture, alignment and balance are improved, circulation is benefited and all muscle groups are toned and strengthened. This safe and supportive weekly yoga practice eases into the changes occurring during the three trimesters and helps alleviate some of the common physical discomforts and stresses of pregnancy. Breathing techniques are taught, relaxation is achieved and as a result pregnant practitioners empower themselves with useful tools to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood!
