Meditation is the practice of intentionally spending time with our mind and body. This meditation special (1x per month) class offers a time out of your busy days, so you can pause, rest in stillness, breathe and experience various meditation and breathing practices. Even after one class you may notice the benefits. Meditation creates the conditions to get to know ourselves better, to see things more clearly, reduce tension and stress, feel calmer and content, and be kind to ourselves and others. You can book this class with your regular membership or class card.
