donations class - yin/yang

The perfect balance of strength and flexibility to instil a sense of energy and peace. This class begins with a Yang practice (a Vinyasa Flow) to invigorate and strengthen the body and finishes with slow, deep long stretching (Yin postures). This class is a free, donations based class, taught by our current teacher trainees. All donations got towards the Kindfulness Foundation.
