Rocket Yoga “gets you there faster”.
Be prepared for bigger, stronger, faster movements and gain strength!
Rocket 1; focus on forward folds
Rocket 2; focus on back bends
Rocket 3; a combination of Rocket 1 and 2 in 90 minutes
The tempo in a Rocket Yoga class is a bit higher compared to other yoga classes and the movements have a focus on gaining muscle power. Rocket yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where you follow the rhythm of your breath. The classes will be taught with a room temperature between 25-27 degrees and can be classified as quite challenging. We advise beginners to combine this class with other styles on our schedule.
