In our Re-balanzs class we rediscover the asanas. You practice on your own level and if you have an injury we look together for alternatives. Mentally, physically and emotionally your practice stays challenging within your own limits. The second part of class will always be a guided relaxation with pasive yoga postures. The use of props, blocks and belts will, if necessary, help you into the posture.
