This mindfulness course will help you to acquire a skill that you will carry through your entire life, a way to re-establish your balance and take care of your wellbeing.

Mindfulness is cultivated by purposefully paying attention in a non-judgmental way, to what is going on in your body, your mind, and in the world around you. This moment-to-moment awareness is the essence of mindfulness. It is about being awake and aware – living in the present – rather than being stuck in the past or anticipating the future.

Nowadays Mindfulness is practiced not only by yogis but office workers, doctors, celebrities, and politicians. It has become a part of different therapy treatments, a way to increase your happiness and enrich your everyday experience. It is proven by science that mindfulness can significantly improve your well-being on both physical and mental levels.

You can explore this course as the first experience of mindfulness, or as an opportunity to deepen your practice.

about the teacher

Katya is our yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher. She been teaching similar courses at a workplace environment for the past years and finally bringing Mindfulness course to Balanzs! She has a background in wellbeing management, co-active coaching, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), mental health first aid, and positive psychology. Katya’s area of expertise is better stress management, building resilience, depression and burn-out prevention. She loves teaching mindfulness courses, as they provide all of these and much more!

Amount of participants: min 6, max 16 people
(In case minimum amount of participants is not reached you will be notified and reimbursed)

In case of COVID-19 studio lockdown: the course will be conducted online

Cancellation policy:

  • If the cancellation is made at least 12 weeks before the start of said workshop or course, 50% of the tuition fee will be charged.
  • If the cancellation is made between 12 and 6 weeks before the start of the workshop or course, 70% of the tuition fee will be charged.
  • If the cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the start of the workshop or course, the full tuition will be charged. If the Client withdraws from the workshop or course once it has already started, the Client will not be refunded.
