I started with yoga to recover from an injury during dance academy. Quickly after I discovered the healing benefits of the practice not only for the physical, but also for the mental body. Yoga kept me centered in the perfectionist dance world, and continues to be my way of finding balance.
I love to pass on the energy that yoga gave me. In my classes I focus on the needs of your body and mind, you know what you need best! My motto therefore is; Yoga is a work-in, instead of a work-out. :) Hope to see you in class!
